By creating an account or using Ascendr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is a wellness and habit-tracking tool and is not a medical or therapeutic service.
New accounts may receive a 3-day free trial. We limit one trial per person; multiple trials from the same device, network, or email address are prohibited and may be blocked or removed at our discretion.
Subscriptions are billed in advance via PayPal or cryptocurrency. All sales are final; we do not offer refunds for partial periods. Crypto payments are non-reversible.
You agree not to attempt to bypass payment, abuse trials, scrape data, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to harass others.
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Ascendr a non-exclusive license to display it within community features.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
