Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: email, password hash, display name.
• Usage: streaks, mood entries, lessons completed, community posts.
• Anti-fraud: hashed device fingerprint, hashed IP address, user agent (used solely to prevent trial abuse).
• Payments: PayPal transaction IDs, crypto invoice IDs, amounts. We do not store card numbers or wallet private keys.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service, deliver your subscription, prevent abuse, and improve features. We do not sell your data.

3. Processors

We use Supabase (auth + database), PayPal and NOWPayments (payments), and Google (optional sign-in). Each processes data only as needed.

4. Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Payment records are kept 7 years for tax compliance.

5. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@ascendr.app.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

Ascendr is not directed to anyone under 16.
