Your username, hashed password reference, subscription tier, hardware fingerprint (HWID) for anti-sharing enforcement, and the streak, protocol, and chat data you generate inside the app. That is it.
We do not store phone numbers, government IDs, or payment card data. Trials are processed manually through Discord and Robux, so no card is ever handed to us.
Your device fingerprint is a hash of browser signals. It exists to lock an account to one device so paid access cannot be shared. It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.
We use local storage to keep you signed in and to hold your streaks, pledges, and chat history on your device. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We only disclose data if legally required.
Open a Discord ticket to request full deletion of your account and associated data. It is honored within a reasonable timeframe.
Ascendr is not intended for users under 16. If you are a parent and believe your child created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
